Setting up an Account and Registering Origination Numbers
An origination number is a phone number that the user can register to make calls from, without having to dial a PIN number. Up to three phone numbers can be registered.
These could be any combination of wireless, home, work, or other phone numbers.
To set up an account, follow the procedure below:
1.
Call the Automated Customer Service Line printed on the back of the card.
2.
Select the language prompt of your choice.
3.
Select “To register or change origination numbers.”
4.
Enter the PIN number from your Wireless International Pass.
5.
Enter your origination numbers. (Up to three phone numbers can be registered. These could be any combination of wireless, home, work, or other phone numbers.) Be sure to follow the voice prompts carefully.
6.
Wait for confirmation, then hang up. The account is now ready for use.

Making calls with your Wireless International Pass
1.
From a registered telephone number, dial one of the local access numbers on the back of your card.
2.
Once you hear the balance announcement, you can start dialing your call as follows:
 
For Domestic calls: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
For International Calls: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number
(When making a call from a wireless phone, do not press SEND after entering the phone number you wish to reach.)

EZ Balance Recharge
1.
Purchase a new Wireless International Pass.
2.
Call the Automated Customer Service Line printed on the back of the card.
3.
Select the language prompt of your choice.
4.
Select “To add time to your account.”
5.
Follow the voice prompts to add time.
6.
Wait for confirmation, then hang up. Your new balance will include the new card denomination plus any unused balance that was carried over.
